Ingredients

Our iced coffee is made pour over style. Every bottle is its own individual batch and each bottle is weighed, measured, and brewed with precision. Slow pour style. We use freshly roasted beans from Atomic Coffee Roasters and Passenger Coffee. Current Offerings - La Gladiola - a Costa Rican coffee from Atomic Coffee Roasters and Kochere - an Ethiopian Coffee from Atomic Coffee Roasters.

Our lemonades are tea infused using Mem tea, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and water. Current Offerings - Mint Matcha Lemonade - water, sugar, lemon juice, mint matcha tea- camellia sinensis leaves, peppermint. Blood Orange Hibiscus Lemonade - water, sugar, lemon juice, blood orange hibiscus tea - orange peel, lemongrass, elderberries, apple, rooibos, stevia.

We use Mem's masala chai and a simple syrup infused with apple berry tea for our chai. It is not batch brewed but steeped. Ingredients, water, chai - camellia sinensis leaves, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, rooibos, apple berry tea - elderberries, chamomile flowers, stevia leaf, sugar.
